Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Baby Corn sliced and chopped
- 1 1/2 tblsp Red Capsicum
- 1 1/2 tblsp Yellow Capsicum
- 1 1/2 tblsp Spring Onions
- 1 tblsp Almonds (or Peanuts)
- Mint Leaves few, chopped
- 1 tblsp Black Pepper Powder
- Lemon Juice little
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Add the baby corn pieces to a large bowl.
- Add the capsicums and spring onions.
- Toss well.
- Add the mint leaves, pepper powder, salt and almonds.
- Toss again.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well until evenly combined.
- Serve at once.
