Gobi Manchurian is an Indian-Chinese fried cauliflower food item which is popular in India. Cooking The Gobi in Chinese way and seasoning it in an Indian way.
There are two varieties in Gobi Manchurian, dry and gravy. Both are prepared using same ingredients. Some use MSG (Ajinomoto) to increase the taste. Better to avoid it. The taste of Gobi Manchurian varies from mildly spicy to hot.

- 1 medium size Cauliflower Cut into desired pieces and soak into turmeric and salt mixed water for about 15 minutes to remove any germs or chemical from it
- 1 cup Maida
- ½ cup Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp Crushed pepper
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 big Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger- Garlic chopped finely
- 1 big Capsicum Cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, take Maida, corn flour, chilli powder, pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, Salt as required and add water to make a thick, smooth paste.
- Dip cleaned cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil till golden brown. Keep the fried cauliflower pieces aside.
- Take a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
- Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic & fry little.
- Add Capsicum pieces and fry for a while.
- Add 1 tsp of salt.
- Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fry little.
- Now add one tsp of Soya sauce, vinegar and fry well.
- Now add fried pieces of cauliflower. Cover them fully with the sauce mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
