Spring Onions

Almonds (or Peanuts)
Mint Leaves
few, chopped

Black Pepper Powder
Lemon Juice

Salt
as per taste
Instructions
Add the baby corn pieces to a large bowl.
Add the capsicums and spring onions.
Toss well.
Add the mint leaves, pepper powder, salt and almonds.
Toss again.
Add the lemon juice and mix well until evenly combined.
Serve at once.
