Dissolve in half glass of water
Salt

Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt. Keep aside for 20- 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil.
Add chopped garlic and fry
Add slit green chillies and fry
Add marinated chicken, soya sauce, vegetables. Let them cook.
Now add vinegar & cornflour water
Let it cook. The gravy should be little thick.
Now the fried rice gravy is ready to serve with fried rice.
