Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook Basmati rice to 3/4th and keep aside (It sis better to take down it to room temperature before use)
  2. Heat a big pan, add oil.
  3. Now add chopped beans, carrots and spring onions one by one fry gently for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add pepper powder, salt and fry little.
  5. Now add the 3/4th cooked rice and mix well.
  6. Add soya sauce and mix
  7. Now add shredded eggs
  8. Add shredded chicken.
  9. Add ajinomoto and fry in low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Fried rice is now ready to serve.
