Ingredients

Cut into desired pieces and soak into turmeric and salt mixed water for about 15 minutes to remove any germs or chemical from it

Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
In a bowl, take Maida, corn flour, chilli powder, pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, Salt as required and add water to make a thick, smooth paste.
Dip cleaned cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil till golden brown. Keep the fried cauliflower pieces aside.
Take a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
Add ginger-garlic & fry little.
Add Capsicum pieces and fry for a while.
Add 1 tsp of salt.
Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fry little.
Now add one tsp of Soya sauce, vinegar and fry well.
Now add fried pieces of cauliflower. Cover them fully with the sauce mixture.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
