Curry leaves chicken recipe

- 300 gms Boneless chicken
- 2 pieces Cinnamon
- 1 ½ tbsp Fennel seeds –
- 3 Cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1 tbsp Peppercorns
- 2 ½ cups Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 3 Green chillies
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Lemon
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Ingredients

- Dry roast cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and half of the curry leaves together. Make a fine powder of these.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger and garlic and fry little.
- Now add green chillies and turmeric powder and fry for a while.
- Add onions and salt and fry till onions become golden brown.
- Now add half of the curry leaves and then add curry leaves masala powder and sauté well.
- Add chicken and coriander powder and mix well. Let the chicken cook till soft.
- Squeeze a lemon & garnish with coriander leaves.
