  1. Dry roast moong dal till golden brown and keep aside.
  2. Roast cashew nuts, raisins in ghee and keep aside.
  3. Pressure cook moong dal for 4 whistles, mash it once and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan, add cooked moong dal, jaggery syrup and milk. Let it cook for 3 – 5 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk, cardamom powder and stir. Bring it to a single boil.
  6. Add ghee roasted cashews and raisins. Serve hot or chilled.
