Well, most of us know that our body is made up of 70% water and water is a vital nutrient. So, now it’s obvious to know how important it is to consume water regularly, isn’t it? No matter what season you are in, it is important to consume those 2 or 3 litres of water in our daily routine. In every season, your body needs the same amount of water to perform its task.
Most of us do not know how to drink water. Yes, I’m saying, most of us do not know the method of drinking water. If you would have known this, you could have avoided many problems raised by dehydration, such as headache, dehydration, skin problems, gastric problems, etc.
I have personally obtained many health benefits from this water therapy.
Secret and effective water therapy!
So here comes that magical water therapy!
In the morning once you wake up, drink two glasses of water (it can be hot or cold) by sitting in relax mode and the water should be consumed sip by sip. Yes, Sip by Sip! That’s the core of this therapy. Sip by Sip I mentioned because only then the water gets absorbed in the body! Hereafter, try to consume 3-3 sips of water every 15 minutes (you can keep a reminder on your cell phone for this).
Remember, you should not drink water in between food (breakfast or lunch or dinner). This will imbalance the hydrochloric acid (the digestive juice) in your stomach and might cause acidity. So, it is better to consume water before 15 minutes or after 15 minutes of food.
Like this, you should finish 1 and a half litres of water within 1 pm. After this, continue to take water for every 15 minutes in sips. By 6 pm, finish around 2 litres of water. After this, reduce the intake of water as our body might not need so much water at that time.
Now, before going to bed, consume one glass of water, that too sip by sip, and sleep. This will manage your body temperature at night and good for your heart too.
Continue this water therapy for few days and you will definitely feel some great changes in your body.
Let us know your experience and we are eager to hear from you. Thanks.
